Purchases and Orders

No. The product is transported in boxes designed to protect the products from breakage, so transport would damage the wrapping.

Yes. If you wish to order a substantial volume, please email us at geral@vinigandra.com and we will send you the best possible quote for your order.

You can do this through our Helpline. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

As soon as we receive your payment, we will immediately send an email confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the Helpline.

Shipments

We ship to Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, and Sweden.

Deliveries to Portugal and Spain are made via MRW and other European deliveries are made by CTT.

Returns

Return costs will be covered by Vinigandra if the order arrived at your home incorrect or with damaged contents. For any return requested outside these terms, the customer will be responsible for the transport cost.

If your order shows signs of breakage or tampering with the packaging at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted and you should ask the carrier to return the goods to us.

The return must be made in the original packaging to avoid possible breakages during transport and accompanied by the original invoice.

The deadline for product exchange or return is 14 working days after receiving the merchandise. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the merchandise in perfect condition at our facilities.

For a product exchange, if the merchandise has already left our facilities, an additional payment will be required due to carrier costs.
