Description
This marc brandy is made from the distillation of fresh pomace, selected immediately after the grape harvest, ensuring its quality. The stripping distillation process, where steam passes through the masses of seeds and skins left over from the ferment, helps to extract high-purity alcohol. After distillation, the brandy is aged in oak barrels, which gives it a smoother and more complex flavour.
Its freshness and complexity make it an excellent choice as a digestif, and it can be enjoyed neat or with a good espresso. It is a perfect choice for those who like intense and sophisticated flavours!
