Description
Aging began in the spring of 1966, and it spent a long period of 37 years in Limousin oak casks, plus a small amount in national oak casks seasoned with Port wine. Its appearance is clear, with an intense topaz color that already reveals its richness. The aroma features notes of vanilla and coconut, derived from the aging wood, along with light smoky touches, sweet lactic nuances, and subtle hints of dried fruits. On the palate, it is velvety, refined, and aromatic, confirming the sensations perceived by the nose. A true gem of flavor and history!
