This brandy undergoes a slow and natural aging process of at least 5 years in Limousin French oak barrels, which develops a surprising aromatic richness, as well as enchanting flavors and colors. It maintains the initial essence of the wine, preserving a pleasant palate, while concentrating floral aromas, a hint of vanilla, and a unique São Domingos style. Its aroma is complex, with toasted notes, dried fruits, a balsamic background, and resinous touches, making each sip a special experience.
