Description
This Brandy is the result of a careful selection of the finest wine spirits, obtained using traditional methods, and undergoes wood ageing, which further enhances its quality. Caves da Cerca, with over 75 years of tradition, apply their know-how to the production and ageing of brandy and spirits. The ageing process takes place in new and used barrels of Iberian, French and American oak, with different grain types and toasts, which gives the brandy a complexity of flavours and a refined texture.
The rich bouquet, with aromas of dried fruit, wood and vanilla, as well as notes of spices and roasting, offers a harmonious and engaging combination. The striking and prolonged finish ensures that the memory of each tasting remains etched in the mind.
