Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the ultimate expression of Maison Ruinart, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from the finest crus of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. A rare and refined champagne, created only in exceptional years.
With a light golden colour and luminous reflections, it presents fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals great aromatic complexity, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and stone fruits, enriched by mineral touches and subtle nuances of fine pastries. On the palate, it is elegant and precise, with vibrant freshness, a creamy texture, and a long, delicate finish.
