Vinho Verde from Vinhão, produced using the traditional 'curtimenta' method for maximum colour extraction. Typical, elegant, and versatile, it is perfect for pairing with Minho cuisine, such as suckling pig, 'rojões' (pork stew), or 'arroz de cabidela' (chicken and rice in blood sauce).
Wine with a dark garnet colour, with notes of blackberry and blueberry. Intense, elegant, and with a long finish.
