Luís Pato Maria Gomes Brut Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine produced in the Bairrada region, Portugal, by the prestigious winery Luís Pato. It is made mainly from the Maria Gomes grape variety and a small portion of Sercialinho, all fermented separately in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
It presents a vibrant citrus colour and a fruity and tropical aroma, with citrus nuances, notes of toasted bread and a well-defined acidity that brings freshness to the sparkling wine. The bubbles are fine and quite persistent, contributing to a delicate and pleasant texture in the mouth.
On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, balance and a prolonged finish, with aromas reminiscent of ripe white fruits, toasted almonds and fresh yeast.
