Description
São Domingos Grande Reserva Baga Brut Sparkling Wine is produced exclusively from the Baga grape variety, one of the most emblematic in the Bairrada region. This sparkling wine has an elegant aroma, with predominant floral and mineral notes, enveloped in a light toast from its ageing. Visually, it reveals a brilliant colour, very fine bubbles, and creamy mousse, demonstrating refinement and persistence in the glass. On the palate, creaminess, freshness, and balance are noteworthy, with a delicate and distinct finish, enhanced by the characteristic acidity of the Baga grape. Its dry (Brut) profile highlights the authenticity of the terroir and makes this sparkling wine an excellent choice to pair with traditional Bairrada dishes, such as roasted suckling pig or baked fish. It is a distinct expression of the tradition and innovation of Caves São Domingos, reflecting the essence of the region in every flute.
