Terras do Demo Pata de Lebre Sparkling Wine is produced in the Távora-Varosa region, exclusively from Malvasia and Verdelho grape varieties. It has a clear citrus color with straw hues and a limpid appearance. The bubbles are fine and persistent, revealing an elegant profile. The aroma is intense and refined, marked by floral notes typical of Malvasia and a distinct fruity touch from Verdelho, giving it great freshness and vivacity. On the palate, it is very fruity, fresh, and elegant, with a long and harmonious finish. Classified as Brut, this sparkling wine favors a dry character and is especially suitable for pairing with seafood, oysters, fish, poultry, or as an aperitif, expressing the authenticity of the Távora-Varosa terroir.
