Description
Terras do Demo Verdelho Bruto Sparkling Wine is produced exclusively from the Verdelho grape variety, using the classic method. After decantation and fermentation at low temperatures, it ages for 12 months, 9 of which involve in-bottle fermentation, which gives it great aromatic and gustatory complexity. It presents a clear appearance, fine and persistent bubbles, and a citrine colour with golden hues. The aroma is intense, with floral, citrus notes and a hint of tropical fruits. On the palate, it stands out for its fresh profile, vibrant acidity, delicacy and persistent finish, making it ideal to accompany seafood, poultry or delicate dishes. Classified as Bruto (Brut), it has a low residual sugar content, enhancing the dry and elegant character of this sparkling wine.
