Description
Vértice Brut Reserva Cuvée sparkling wine is a premium example from the Douro region, produced by Caves Transmontanas. Made with a blend of noble grape varieties typical of the region — Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Viosinho, and Touriga Franca — this sparkling wine reveals remarkable complexity and freshness, reflecting the granitic terroir and the altitude of 550 meters where the vineyards are planted. It is aged in the cellar for 36 months on its lees, giving it a fine structure, very delicate bubbles, and an elegant aroma of ripe fruits, soft toasted notes, flowers, and brioche. On the palate, it presents an intense attack of minerality and creaminess with a refined texture, finishing long and fresh. Classified as Brut, it has a low residual sugar content, ideal for special celebrations, pairing very well with seafood, grilled fish, and aged cheeses.
