Description
"Pet-Neca" is a natural sparkling wine made according to the ancestral Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) method, characterised by its artisanal production and minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs spontaneously and naturally, without the addition of sulphites, preservatives or sugars, and the wine is neither filtered nor disgorged, preserving the natural sediment that gives it a slightly cloudy appearance.
In the glass, it reveals an authentic and vibrant profile, with complex and fresh aromas, and delicate bubbles from the fermentation completed in the bottle, which naturally releases the gas.
This sparkling wine is also a tribute to Neca, the cat who accompanied the winery team for many years — a symbolic tribute to all the animals that are part of country life and inspire dedication to nature.
