With a bottling strength of 47%, diluted with water filtered through willow peat, it offers a unique flavour experience. Furthermore, Gilpin Gin was recognised as the World's Best Gin at the 2014 World Gin Awards, which speaks volumes about its high quality. It is a five-times distilled gin, produced in small quantities, with numbered bottles, and its spring water from Cartmel, naturally filtered through sarrows and limestone, contributes to its distinct profile.
