Produced in Alentejo, at Quinta da Plansel (Montemor-o-Novo), this gin results from the careful distillation of selected and hand-picked botanicals.
Main botanicals: pomegranate, lemon, mint, rosemary, juniper, and orange blossom, carefully selected to ensure aromatic balance, freshness, and complexity, resulting in an elegant, citrusy, and well-defined herbal profile. Pomegranate provides aromatic depth and slight sweetness, lemon brings freshness and citrus vibrancy, mint enhances the refreshing sensation on the palate, rosemary adds herbal and earthy character, juniper structures the classic gin profile, and orange blossom finishes with delicate and elegant floral notes, ensuring balance and aromatic persistence.
Production is limited to only 400 numbered bottles, a handcrafted edition that reflects rigor, exclusivity, and absolute attention to detail.

For shipments outside of Portugal and Spain, bottles are sent with special protective packaging. The original box is not included with the bottle.
