Description
Sharish Original's recipe is a handcrafted process that begins with a base distillation of fresh Bravo de Esmolfe apple, along with juniper, lemon verbena, orange peel, Alentejo lemon peel, coriander seed, and clove. Each of these botanicals is distilled separately in traditional Portuguese stills, ensuring the purity and distinct flavor of each ingredient. Afterwards, the distillates are adjusted for alcoholic strength and combined into a harmonious blend. Finally, an infusion of cinnamon and vanilla is made, adding smoothness and complexity to the gin. The result is a drink with a unique aroma, where citrus flavors, the gentle sweetness of the Bravo de Esmolfe apple and vanilla, and the characteristic taste of juniper predominate. The more delicate touches come from the clove and coriander seed, and at the end, a light spiciness from the lemon verbena is felt in the mouth.

For shipments outside of Portugal and Spain, bottles are sent with special protective packaging. The original box is not included with the bottle.
