Ageing in casks continues until bottling, with the date indicated on the back label, ensuring full transparency regarding its stage.
Brick-red in colour with orange reflections, it reveals sweet notes of nuts and caramelised almonds on the nose, harmoniously integrated with candied fruit and a subtle hint of fine spices.
On the palate, it is soft and silky, with a pleasant creamy sensation, balanced by a well-present acidity that gives it freshness. Harmonious and enveloping, it finishes with a long, firm and persistent finish.
