Description
This wine is a remarkable example of the Noval style. It benefits from a treatment strictly identical to that of a Vintage Port: it is produced exclusively from noble grape varieties from the Quinta, with foot-trodden grapes, and is not filtered.
What truly distinguishes it is its prolonged ageing in vats, between four to five years, instead of the usual two years for a Vintage. The result is an LBV of singular character, with very well-structured tannins, remarkable freshness, and great purity of fruit.
Delicious to enjoy now, it also has a structure that will allow it to age beautifully in bottle over the years.
