Description
Vallado Vintage 2017 offers an intense and deep aroma of ripe black fruits. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with soft tannins, great structure and complexity, finishing with a very long and elegant aftertaste.
The grapes used come mostly from old vines. Fermentation took place over four days in lagares, with regular foot treading, a traditional method that contributes to the wine's richness. After fermentation, Vallado Vintage 2017 aged for 21 months in stainless steel vats, which helped preserve and enhance its aromatic and expressive profile.
