It presents a bright and vibrant golden colour. On the nose, dried fruits such as hazelnuts and almonds stand out, accompanied by notes of dried peach and plum, as well as crystallised fruit. Ageing in old casks imparts subtle toasted touches.
On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with a lively acidity that complements its natural sweetness. It reveals flavours of honey, candied fruit, and toasted nuts, maintaining constant freshness and finishing with a velvety and persistent note.
