Clear and bright, with a beautiful golden colour. The aroma reveals great complexity, highlighting dried fruits such as hazelnuts, walnuts and toasted almonds, combined with citrus notes of orange and apricot, as well as toasted nuances from aging in old wooden barrels. On the palate, it is full and fresh, with perfectly balanced acidity.
