Description
Don Julio Blanco is an ultra-premium "Silver" tequila, produced from 100% hand-harvested Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It uses artisanal methods: the piñas (agave hearts) reach maximum ripeness after 7 to 10 years, are harvested and slowly roasted in brick ovens for 72 hours, extracting the purest agave flavor. After double distillation, the tequila is bottled immediately, preserving its vibrant and fresh essence. Its profile features prominent notes of fresh agave, citrus like lemon and grapefruit, and a slight hint of spice. Extremely smooth, clean, and balanced, it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in sophisticated cocktails, such as premium Margaritas.
