Old vines over 70 years old and a blend of grape varieties such as Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, and Gouveio, truly reveal a rich and complex personality. The golden colour already indicates its elegance, and the aromas of orange blossom, dried fruits, and spices, along with a saline touch, create a highly refined sensory experience. The silky texture, perfect balance, and long finish make it a memorable wine. The maceration process, hyper-oxidation of the must, fermentation in French oak barrels, and prolonged aging in wood all contribute to this depth and complexity.
