Description
Since its debut in 1997, it was born from an old vineyard and the desire to explore the terroir with a long aging period, which gives it a unique identity without denying its origins. The first vintage was extremely exclusive, with only 197 cases produced, making it a true jewel for connoisseurs. Released only in years of exceptional quality and in limited quantities, this wine represents one of the best facets of Quinta da Gaivosa. With a minimum of 7 years of total aging, including 5 years in the bottle, it follows the philosophy of "reserves" and "garrafeiras", being a cellar wine that reveals the virtues of time and maturity.
