Description
This wine is produced from the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Roupeiro grape varieties, grown in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Once they reach ideal ripeness, the grapes are harvested and taken to the winery, where they undergo a careful process of total destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, ensuring the preservation of delicate aromas and flavors. Additionally, the wine ages for nine months on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, which helps to impart greater complexity, creaminess, and elegance to the final product.
