Description
It was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which were new and 75% second-use. It was bottled in 2016 and benefited from 72 months of bottle maturation, with commercialisation beginning in September 2022. It presents an intense citrus colour. The nose reveals great complexity, with notes of dried fruits, toasted cereals, baked goods, and delicate nuances of fennel. The palate is complex, fresh, and unctuous, with a long and elegant finish.
