Description
Vinho Verde from Vinhão, produced by the traditional “curtimenta” (grape skin fermentation) method for maximum color extraction. Typical, elegant and versatile, it is perfect to accompany Minho cuisine, such as suckling pig, rojões (fried pork pieces) or arroz de cabidela (chicken or duck blood rice).
Wine of dark garnet color with notes of blackberry and blueberry. Intense, elegant and with a long finish.
