The natural development of Botrytis in Boal (Semillon) from Quinta do Casal da Granja gives this Late Harvest a profile that evokes the great Sauternes of Bordeaux, but with the unique identity of the Douro. The aroma is complex and sophisticated, combining citrus notes with apricot, raisins, and honey, well integrated with nuances of vanilla and toasted aromas from oak aging.
