Mil Reis Grande Reserva Syrah, produced exclusively in years of excellence, is a single-varietal wine made from 100% Syrah grapes, aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle aging. Sourced from Maroteira's first Syrah plot, planted in 2000, it reveals a robust and profound profile, with vivid and intense notes of red fruits, combined with a solid structure, great complexity, and remarkable persistence.
