The Wines From Another World (WFAW) project continues to explore the planet's most emblematic terroirs with its philosophy of creating truly unique wines. After the Jupiter (Alentejo, Portugal), Uranus (Priorat, Spain), and Saturn (Mosel, Germany) editions, now comes Neptune, an exceptional wine from Tuscany, crafted by Bibi Graetz, one of the most influential and creative figures in the Italian wine world.
Neptune Code 0.6 2015 is a wine of remarkable vibrancy and youthfulness, yet with striking depth and complexity. It represents the essence of the Tuscan terroir, combining the elegance of Lamole's centenary vineyards with the freshness and depth of Olmo. It features silky tannins, a rich and layered texture, and a long, harmonious finish.
The vineyards are located in Lamole and Olmo, both in the Chianti Classico region — Lamole being the oldest and highest, while Olmo offers a windy environment overlooking Florence.
