Description
This wine, made with a careful selection of Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, undergoes a very elaborate production process. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks brings a balance between complexity and freshness. The 12-month aging on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage adds texture, creaminess, and depth to the wine's profile, while the final 12-month bottle aging helps to further develop its elegance and harmony.
