Description
This Grande Reserva, from Syria's oldest vineyards, grown at an altitude of 750 meters, certainly brings a unique and sophisticated expression. Manual harvesting and whole-bunch pressing, using only the first pressings, help preserve the purity and delicacy of the grapes. Vinification in new and used 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by a one-year aging on full fermentation lees, gives the wine additional complexity, with nuances of wood, creaminess, and depth. It is a wine that combines elegance, structure, and aging potential, perfect for special moments or for those who appreciate a refined oenological experience.
