Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco, made from organic “field blend” grapes hand-picked from the Quinta’s most emblematic plot, is truly a wine of great personality. Its immense complexity and minerality, combined with elegant citrus notes, showcase all the finesse and freshness this wine offers. The winemaking process, with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures and a one-year aging period in an old 3000-liter foudre on fine lees, contributes to a creamy texture and a remarkable presence on the palate.
