It starts off closed and not very aromatic, with mineral and vegetal notes, which lends an air of initial mystery and complexity. With time, it opens up to reveal a fresh floral profile, bringing lightness and delicacy to the aroma. On the palate, it is broad and well-structured, with plenty of flavour, always balanced by medium-high acidity that ensures freshness and vivacity. It is an excellent choice for accompanying meals, especially during social gatherings, and also has the potential to evolve and gain more nuances with a few years of bottle ageing.
