Description
The grapes, carefully transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery entrance, guarantee quality from the outset. After complete destemming and traditional treading in a lagar, the must was transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats with controlled temperature, allowing precise process control. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, a gentle pressing was carried out to preserve the delicacy of the grapes. As for ageing, the wine aged for about 20 months in new oak barrels, 90% French oak and 10% American oak, which contributes to its complexity and elegance. The final blend is the result of the best selection of these barrels, guaranteeing a wine of high quality and expression.
