Description
The Pinot Noir offers an authentic profile with great personality. With partial skin contact and 18 months ageing in used 500-litre barrels, it reveals an aroma of immense character, where notes of wet earth, white flowers, tree bark, ripe citrus, and pomegranate stand out.
On the palate, it shows excellent acidity and freshness, with a tasty vegetal profile and an elegant structure that culminates in a vibrant and assertive finish. A wine of very limited production — only 600 bottles — that precisely expresses the purest and most delicate side of the grape variety.
