Produced only in exceptional years, the 30-Year-Old Tawny results from a careful selection of wines with enough structure, fruit, and vigour to age with distinction in oak casks. After three decades of evolution, the wines reach their peak and are carefully blended to ensure balance, delicacy, and consistency of style.
With a deep old gold colour, it presents intense aromas of dried fruits, balanced by notes of dehydrated fruit and honey. On the palate, it is silky and exuberant, revealing exotic layers of caramel and dried fruits, with an elegant and slightly austere touch. The finish is long and memorable – a true testament to the art of aging.
